Republic Polytechnic visits ecoWise biomass cogeneration plant.

15 Aug 2007: First year students from Republic Polytechnic saw first hand how ecoWise converted renewable tree and wood wastes into fuel to generate steam and electricity which it uses for industrial purposes. The use of renewable materials reduces the use of fossil fuels and hence green house gasses
