Operations Manager


    Job Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with department HOD and plan worker schedule and overtime update / create SOPs
    • Ensure workers follow SOP, workplace safety procedures and company policies
    • Ensure operation KPIs (delivery time, cost saving, quality, safety, productivity, etc) are met
    • Ensure accident report and equipment downtime report are promptly submitted
    • Conduct regular site inspection (housekeeping, image, machineries maintenance, safety, productivity and etc.)
    • Prepare projection, operation costing & budgeting
    • Prepare monthly operation report and operation review
    • Operation cost controls and planning
    • Staffing and works allocation
    • Complying to government authorities (BCA, NEA, PUB, AVA, Nparks and etc) standards and regulations
    • Perform other duties assigned by superior

    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in constructions/plant/manufacturing or related field is required
    • Willing to work in warm environment
    • Valid with Class 3 license

Research & Development Lab Assistant


Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Biotechnology - Environmental Science/ Agriculture Science/ Fisheries or equivalent
  • Experience working in a laboratory and Research & Development
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
