Mr Lee is the Co-founder of the ecoWise Group of Companies which he has spearheaded in the public listing of the Group (SGX) in November 2002. He was appointed as Executive Chairman in April 2004 and Chief Executive Officer in March 2007.

Mr. Lee has been an active techno-preneur and has been an influential figure in the area of novel technology adoption and application in the fields of waste management and environmental engineering solutions in the region.

Mr Lee holds a Diploma (Merit) in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and a Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant, accredited by the American College, USA.

Mr Tan was appointed as the Lead Independent Director in end of May 2022. He is also appointed as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Mr Tan serves as a Director at Altum Law Corporation from 2020 to present. He served as a Partner at Virtus Law LLP (informal alliance with Stephenson Harwood LLP) from 2013 to 2018 and a Partner at Colin Ng & Partnes LLP until 2013 for 7 years.

Mr Tan has a LLB Hons from the University of Buckingham.

Currently, Mr Tan sits on three public listed companies as an Director.

Mr Gan was appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 14 April 2022. He is also appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.

Mr Gan is Founding Managing Partner and CIO of Jubilee Capital Management, a registered fund manager with Monetary Authority of Singapore and has over 25 years of strategic investment, M&A and venture investment experience in Technology and Consumer Goods sectors across Asia Pacific region.

Mr Gan is a Member of Singapore Institute of Directors and a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant. He holds Executive MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and from Tsinghua School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, Beijing; Master of Business and Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Mr Gan currently serves as Director at two listed companies and a number of non-listed companies.

Dr Oh was appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 14 April 2022. He is also appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees.

Dr Oh has more than 34 years of experiences in multi-disciplinary industries including construction, geotechnical, geophysical, aerospace, travel, renewable energy, manufacturing, safety and training.

He sits on a few listed companies in Singapore and Malaysia and is a qualified geologist, course developer, internal auditor, trainer, arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator.

He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London and a member of the Geological Society of Malaysia.

Mr Jojo Alviedo joined our Group in October 2022.

Mr Jojo Alviedo has amassed more than 20 years of international audit and advisory experience across Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam. Jojo held the post of Corporate Advisory Principal in Nexia TS Public Accounting Corporation, Singapore, as well as Assurance Senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Singapore. During this time, he has garnered in depth experience in International Financial Reporting Standards, group audit, SOX 404 audit as well as initial public offering and reverse takeover projects. He has wide industry experience, including marine, engineering and construction, trading and manufacturing, technology and information, and freight and logistics. Mr Jojo Alviedo qualified as Certified Public Accountant in Philippines in 1992.

Mr Jojo Alviedo was also a CFO in a mainboard listed company in Singapore from 2012 to 2017.

Mr Jojo Alviedo is responsible for the Group’s financial and accounting matters and compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
