Visiting Officials from Yuzhong District Government
On 13 July 2016, ecoWise welcomed visiting officials from Yuzhong District Government, Chongqing, People’s Republic of China (PRC) and key industry personnel to ecoWise’s Biomass Tri-Generation Power Plant at the iconic Gardens by the Bay, Singapore, during the Yuzhong delegates’ attendance at the annual World City Summit Mayor Forum 2016.
In light of the World Cities Summit 2016’s vision to bridge technological and social innovation in the sphere of environmental sustainability, ecoWise welcomes the opportunity to share integrated urban and green solutions with, Yuzhong official delegation and industry experts at the site visit.
The visiting delegates listened with great interest as ecoWise CEO, Mr Lee Thiam Seng and General Manager (Business Development) Mr Robert Lim Eng Thiam shared the efficient innovation of the Power Plant’s supplication of renewable energy to simultaneously power and provide cooling services to the Garden’s two conservatives, all while preserving sustainability.

With this vision, Chongqing Municipal Transport Development and Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. 重庆城市交通开发投资（集团）有限公司 (CTIG), the largest state-owned transport logistic group in Chongqing, has entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) with ecoWise to develop future environmental projects in China.
